New EAM 3400 already defective

Hi,
today my EAM 3400 finally arrived via UPS. FREU Machine unpacked, description read through and off you go. Always follow the display:
PRESS OK FOR INSTALLATION GERMAN LANGUAGE -> FILL GERMAN LANGUAGE -> WATER TANK (quickly fill to tap and tank ) - SUUPI Machine has vented (I turned the tap) - PLEASE WAIT Yes Yes I have my first delicious coffee right now. I'm waiting "OFF PLEASE WAIT" I'm still waiting "OFF PLEASE WAIT" After 10 min I thought something was wrong. So I disconnected the mains plug, waited for a short time and plugged it in again. The display says "AUTO DIAGNOSE," then "Please wait. I'm waiting, waiting... still waiting. After 10 minutes, stritt, press the switch off button. I turned the machine back on "GENERAL DISORDER". What dat den now I'm sitting here totally frustrated and have no coffee.
There I have 2 1/2 years an Aldi machine (SECO should have been), which was in the time 6 times to the repair, finally can deliver (purchase price was refunded to me) and now something like that.
Bin really frustrated

We have had our delonghi 3400 for 1 week now and are very excited, easy operation cafe and cappuccino taste wonderful.
By the way ordered at zarsen.de for 443,-- + 5,-- shipping and delivered after 2 days, super!!!

the 3400 also looks great u. keeps 100% of what many others have promised before.
