Now we haven't drunk cappuccino for a while and recently noticed that the machine no longer makes foam. Even after repeated decalcifying and cleaning "spits" it literally only spits out a relatively "watery" milk mixture for me.

As cleaning and decalcifying did not lead to the line, I wanted to ask if experts still had a tip for me here, what I could look for?!?

suction nozzle and hoses were exchanged, without success...

My machine shows me every 6 weeks that it should be decalcified so every 6 weeks I change the filter (10 €) decalcify it and run the cleaning program, besides I rinse daily. the spumatore and clean the brewing unit every week !!!! Now there are exactly 5 weeks around and again there is no milk foam !! I will inform Nivona and hear how they react, get advice from the consumer advice centre and if necessary call in my lawyer !! but I will no longer recommend Nivona !!!!;
