Coffee machine cannot be deflated

Hello hello, I bought myself two years ago a fully automatic coffee maker (Philips 5000 series) and its one week I can not vent it, I've read a lot, tried a lot but it does not work. He lets the water run but always writes the error that there is air in the machine. After the time he shows the error with the key 05 (there is air in the water circuit) what else can you do. Can somebody help me or do I have to have it repaired by a professional.
