No steam or steam output Schaere Siena 2 ?

Has already decalcified a few times and cleaned everything, unfortunately without success.

The machine is 1 1/2 years old, unfortunately I have no more guarantee according to Schaere.


Can somebody give me a tip or advice what could be defective?
