Magnifica 3200s first does not draw water

I took over a Magnifica 3200s from my sister about 3 years ago (machine is 6 or 7 years old) and am very happy with the fully automatic machine.
Only lately it shows the following Problam.
If I have removed the tank or have not used the machine for a while and want to pull me a coffee, the machine pulls no water, after grinding you can also hear no Stasmpfen the pump and the water lamp flashes.
If I now open the hot water nozzle happens first not much, it hisses slightly but even now no tamping of the pump is heard. After a while, the water light flashes again and the other lights in the upper row (1 cup, 2 cups of steam, etc.) light up one after the other.
I repeat this several times and at some point water and a lot of air come out first and then the pump starts pounding again and water comes out of the hot water nozzle. After a short time, air comes again briefly and then the water comes normally in gushes.
Now I can draw coffee as usual again until the next water refill.

The rinse when switching on but always works, even if afterwards when fetching coffee the pump no longer starts.

Is this a known problem of the machine or can someone tell me what is wrong and how I fix it?

Does the pump become quieter when venting?
The hissing means that too little water arrives in the DLH.
Please use decalcifier only on amidosulfonic acid.

I think mine is based on citric acid. But it is specifically for fully automatic machines.

Hello I would start with one teaspoon per 1/2 L water. Leave the KVA in the descaling cycle overnight without voltage. In other words, disconnect the mains plug in descaling mode.
