Hello dear vending machine community,

I also have the problem that the brewing unit of my Veroma 100 cannot be removed.

My impression is that the position of the ring in the middle does not match the slider. How can I turn this ring?
Also, I notice that the whole brewing unit is crooked in the housing, however I don't know how to change that either?

Does anyone have an idea?
