Jura f9 touch display not responsive

Hi Guys,

I have a Jura Impressa f9 with a matrix lcd and touch buttons, the problem is that the touch control is not working as expected:
touch buttons get pressed by it own
when press the button nothing happens
when press a button the other get selected
and coffee gets brewed by its own the previous owned said that he changed the condenser, but the issue is still happening.

By having a fan on the touch display the issue happens less.

I am guessing the same issue could happen also to the f7, f70 , f90, xf70 since they have a similar touch display.

Anyone was able to fix the issue.

Someone said that there is a german forum where they suggest to change the Capacitors on display and board.

This will be the Komtra Forum you are referring to.
You can try to push a sheet or thin cardboard between the touch and the housing so that the water vapors do not reach the touch. This has helped a friend with an F70.
