Pomace error at start EA8150

Hello everyone, our Krups EA8150 unfortunately hangs when starting. It eventually shows to empty the pulp container. When it is removed and reinserted, the same thing starts all over again - thus I get stuck in startup mode.
The microswitch for the pulp container works.
However, what is noticeable, the crackle after pressing the press piston remains off. There is actually always a crackling sound there. Maybe you can tell me what is cracking.
