Steam nozzle running ES82

Steam nozzle leaking would be making coffee

So I hope here I come further I have bought my machine in a small outlet and it is currently closed. My question is now for about 1 week that when I start the machine and rinse it runs, water drips from the steam nozzle, also when coffee is in preparation. I am not a tinkerer who just unscrews the machine without knowing what is going on. I also have a 2 month warranty and I am looking for a solution after the bill.
What could be the cause for the error
