Hello together

Someone has had experience with the following error message in the krups ea8938

"Unplug the device and plug it in again or use your app"

Nothing can be done per app and the suggestion given by the customer service to disconnect the machine from the power does not bring success even after 24 hours.

The message comes with every switch on and the kva does not go on to the next steps.
