Hello people have a serious problem with my Super Cappuccino 05500.
When I switch on I always get FI out.Without FI funz. the machine I can't use it any more without FI funz. Perfectly with I can't take it in operation.Has anyone had experience what that can be?
Dismanted the rear lid and noticed that the ceramic of the heating coil is black on one side and is cracked.Does this have something to do perhaps with it.?
In very satisfied with the machine and therefore does not want to give up these errors.

That hardly anyone answers you might be because you don't reveal how to help you. The "correct" measure would now be an insulation measurement of the components in question such as heating and solenoid valves with the appropriate measuring device, as every specialist electrical workshop has to have by law. I don't suppose that's the case with you.

A picture of the strangeness you found at the heating connection would also be helpful.

Although it is due to the heater, you can also determine in the exclusion procedure:
-plug out of the socket!
-the two plugs of the heating coil on the boiler, where you have seen the cracked ceramic, unplug and carefully insulate e.g. by wrapping with cardboard and tape.
-machine in operation. Of course it won't be able to heat and will only produce cold coffee, but if it's due to the heating, the FI will stay in it now.

In all likelihood you'll have to replace the heating coil. This must be done professionally, otherwise you will not enjoy it for long if the sealing is not done correctly or the heating spiral is not held against when screwing and thus twisted in itself.

Hi,Thanks
but I'm going crazy now!!!!!
I plugged in the machine again to 2 different sockets, once with FI connected and once without.
Result,connected to FI plug,FI jumped,connected to plug without FI,gave a bang,then a burning smell.
Hour later connected again to both sockets and FI switch does not jump out.
Now I have an electric circuit in the kitchen without FI, where the machine is connected and works, and in the rest of the flat I have FI connected and with extension cable I have the machine running and FI does not jump out.
What can I do there? I can not determine the cause...?????? sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

If you refuse to take pictures with us, don't carry out suggested tests and obviously don't want to pay for a workshop, nothing else happens...

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you won't torch your place at the mess.
