Fully automatic machine no longer dispenses coffee

Good morning,
Our Caffeo CL refuses to dispense coffee since this morning. Beans are ground, water is also drawn, but then it breaks off and demands system start.
I have also tried cleaning the system, but it did not dispense water then either. At system startup, however, it dispenses water, the ground coffee is dry in the drip tray.
Can anyone of you help me?

Looks like a broken drainage valve. Take off the side cover and try looking past the brew group to see where the water stays. You can also remove the drip tray and insert a spoon handle into the brew sensor and see where the water stays.
