Philips EP5331 Test Mode + Hard Reset

Hello,
cause of troubleshooting was that the grinder does not run and the error "wrench 2" is displayed.

According to a post, you should check the values in the test menu.
(hold Cappuchino+Menu buttons and turn on main switch/mains)

In doing so, I accidentally changed the values in the "Heater" and "Grinder" display.

In photo 1, the displays are still unchanged.
In photo 2, you can see the changed values/displays.

In addition, the values are now also shown in the normal display.
A repeated disconnect from the mains and a simple reset (in the normal menu) has brought nothing.
How does a HARD reset?
Or do you have to leave the test mode with a key combination?
Also repeated start in the test mode changes nothing.

How do I get back and can possibly adjust the values again?
Or is there even a possibility to optimize the values and which values would be optimal?

Thanks already.
