I couldn't find anything specific with the search now and Google didn't spit anything out either.

I have had a Delonghi PrimaDonna S de Luxe ECAM 26.455 M.
Recently I got the message "decalcify", I postponed it a bit.

Then no more milk foam came today, instead

Water circuit empty, fill water circuit empty"

alternating with

Insert water and press ok

Nothing happens after inserting the outlet and pressing ok.

It's noticeable that the left side gets very hot (and I imagine it charges electr., anyway there's a slight prick like you sometimes know it from static charges?).

Egal what I've tried, I always end up with this message.

Alternative sometimes comes after the "ok"

>Use the water cycle

The is used ... slim, reuse - nothing happens.

I also had a PrimaDonna S before, there was the same problem after a few months.
Return and exchange for the de Luxe.

And now again.
I'm sick of it.

Once would be bad luck, but twice?

>Do I do something wrong?
Can I do anything about the problem?

A local dealer may not repair the machine because purchased from A. DeLonghi doesn't take it because I bought it at A (I had already played this game at the 1st machine).

I've read several times now that this problem occurs more often at DeLonghi, not even recently.
Therefore, I wonder if I would be well advised to swap for the same model at all.

Provided that after 10 months something is still done at all (Amazon is accommodating, but what do I know .. ).

Hello,
also have the problem that the error message Water circuit empty Water circuit fill comes up.
I am not just talking about the milk foam but about the coffee.
I don't get a drop of coffee.
Can I repair it myself?
If yes, how?
Dear greetings
Moni

Hello, for all to read along:
Buy decalcifier on amidosulfonic acid, also make use of after guidance.
Read through decalcifier's instructions for use. Dose water tank according to instructions with descaler and fill according to manufacturer of Kva (fully automatic coffee maker).
Plug in the flush button several times, leave KVA standing for 6min, then press hot water button for 60ml, then press flush button again.
Repeat procedure until tank is empty.
Rinse the tank with clear water 2x, then refill it with clear water and press the rinse button 6 times to draw hot water and press the rinse button again.

If this does not bring success, a valve is calcified or defective in itself.

Only use this decalcifier on amidosulfonic acid for decalcifying the entire duration of the MWIP.

Lemon is what Limo!

MfG Chris

Have the same problem, which valve is broken?
In front of the milk nozzle?

I just had the problem that not a drop of coffee came out. I took the milk can and vented the system with it via the Clearwater button on the container.

Thank you very much, that also helped me...
Descaling. Error message "water circuit empty" hot water outlet replugged and nothing worked anymore.
Thanks to your guidance, the hot water spout will go and the descaling will just run... #33;

Had the same problem today. Reboot machine with plug out. Via menu then activate filter pressed. Then the machine was replayed and then it worked again. Obviously, the machine must first register that there is a new filter in it. Hope this helps.

is actually quite simple, if you know it, mostly the anterior valve is in the bucket, decalcifying can also help, but is usually not permanent when the valve is gone

Like many here, we also have the problem and not for the first time.

I guess it wasn't all published.

Which front valve are we talking about here? More information about the valve would be nice.
PS: the workshop around the corner could not solve the problem in the long run.
