Ready only after 2nd switch-on

This is about an AEG Silenzio. The LEDs for readiness to output do not stop flashing. When the machine is switched off and on again, the 2 LEDs stop flashing and the machine is ready for output. So only after switching it on twice. Then everything's normal. What's the mistake here? I have equipped the BE and the upper Bruehkolben with new seals and the upper piston also thoroughly decalcified because the coffee was not strong enough. But the problem with the flashing LEDs - can it be due to the electronics? I haven't done anything about her yet.

It has been shown that the upper heating loop has no passage. The ohmmeter indicated interruption. I don't know yet why the heating of these thermoblocks is so often broken. However, it is possible that the temperature sensor was not sufficiently coated with heat conductive paste.
