Bosch TES 503 no hot coffee

Hello dear coffee community,

I bought a Bosch TES 503 coffee machine 3 days ago and it cost me 500 Euro. I am very satisfied with the taste, but the coffee is just not hot. Either just warm or just lukewarm. In the menu I set the brewing temperature to "high" and otherwise did everything right.

Why isn't the coffee hot? sad.gif


I just can't be satisfied with that and I'll send the machine back again.

Do you use a ceramic pump?
Give her another chance with thermal glasses.

Other cup preheat with hot water or 1min microwave.

Do you have a liquid thermometer?
