I would like to ask for your help.
The coffee machine was running very well until now.
Since yesterday nothing works anymore.
When you press the toggle switch everything is as usual. When you press the left "on" button, it stops after two seconds and the display says to call customer service.
The brewing unit can also no longer be removed.
The error memory shows:
Overvoltage: 0
Undervoltage: 0
NTC after: 0
NTC before: 0
BU TO: 5
BU Ober I: 0
CV TO: 0
Pump TO: 2
Overtemp: 2
Shutdown: 0
Grinder over I: 0
In the Components test "CV step" it sounds like switching on and in the display CV the number goes up to 8 and then starts again at 0.
What do the codes BU TO, Pump TO and CV step mean?
Why is there a 0 in the error memory for CV and all numbers from 0 - 8 in the Components test?
What is wrong with the machine?
What do I have to do or which spare parts do I need?
