Passage problem Solis Master 5000

Moin,

my good old Solis Master 5000 coffee machine has the following problem:

Coffee only flows into the cup when hot water is briefly drained through the frothing nozzle.

Decalcification only leads to a slight improvement in the problem. And the hot water jet only flows very weakly afterwards.

What could be the reason for this?

The machine will have the old aluminum spoiler. If the is closed then this can happen.
