jura ena 8 error message

What are the possible problems with this message, which displays the missing water tank, on Jura ena 8.
No answer on the subject either on the internet or in the manual.

Hello, the first thing I would do is take a magnet (pin magnet from the fridge or pin board)
and place it on the housing where the water tank magnet is located.
If something happens then, the magnet in the water tank is too weak.
Attach it higher as the magnet floats in the water tank.
Nothing? Then the reed sensor is defective.

The ENA8 measures via a sensor. There is no magnet in the water tank. It is possible that the sensor is defective.
