WMF 500 vs Nivona 831

Hello. I'm looking for a new KVA.

Actually I tend rather to WMF (there are now already for 700€), but the opinions about the customer support let me doubt.

What are your opinions or experiences?

Hi,

The WMF 500 is a discontinued model. I was faced with the same choice ...but then I bought the Jura Ena 9 Micro. I was able to test the Jura in MM and the taste was Super!

Ah, thank you. This also explains why it is no longer listed on the WMF homepage.

When cleaning the Jura, don't you see the problem that the brewing group cannot be removed? That's kept me from the law so far.
