Coffee Lukewarm - Water from Special Hot

Moin, have a question, I have now for a few weeks the problem that the coffee comes only lukewarm in the cup, have now once with machine cleaner decalcified (a few weeks ago) and on the weekend again intensively with amidosulfonic acid. Really warmer the coffee has not become. Therefore, I do not think that the thermoblock is the problem (since the water for tea / milk foam is hot).

What else can I do ?

What kind of machine exactly are we talking about?
