Hello everyone,
I would like to point out to the people who are thinking about buying a fully automatic coffee machine from Franke that this company sells itself WEIGERT spare parts to the end customer. Specifically, the mechanics of the outlet channel are defective for the second time after approx. 2.5 years. I am forced to have this repair carried out by an expensive service, with completely abstruse arguments that the machine is my property, so no rental or leasing equipment. The warranty has expired. Any surgery is my risk anyway. Here it smells very strongly of "territorial protection" for the service points.
