Nivona 830 Brewing unit

Hello:D:rolleyes:Wanted to clean my brewing unit today, but it can't be taken out
You can push the lever up as always, without any problems, but you can't
pull out the brewing unit then... Something's
stuck.
Do any of you have any ideas what it might
be?
Coffee etc. can be prepared in a normal way.
