Nivona NICR 769, Type 573

Message Fill beans and canceled

Hello everyone,
I have a Nivona NICR 769, type 573.
Recently, the message "Refill coffee beans" appeared although the container was full.
After researching online, I cleaned the container and removed and cleaned the grinder. Since reassembly, the message "Add coffee beans" appears first and when I press start, coffee is ground but the message "aborted" appears.
Disassembling and cleaning the brewing unit with grease did not help either. Resetting to factory settings also did nothing.

What else could it be?
