Jura A7 dilute coffee

Hello everyone, my Jura coffee machine makes very diluted coffee. I'm at maximum intensity and even with the finest grind, the coffee is still "cat pee". I've tried cleaning with SuperGRINDZ cleaning balls, but nothing works. I don't think the grinder is the problem, as the beans go down well, and I have the same problem when I put pre-ground coffee in the dedicated trap. The water flows well and with a flow that seems normal a correct temperature too.
Does anyone have any ideas?
