Hello all,
after successful problem solving here in recent years with various KVAs, I now turn with also with my Primadonna to you -
and although I know that with the mentioned topic already some will roll with the eyes, I have not even tried to
makeit
soundparticularly individual or
exciting
First a question in advance: On or under the Primadonna is the designation "ECAM 556.65" - in the forum or spare parts I do
notfind this
information, but always only 556.55 etc. -. is this ".65" a special edition or was produced only for the Monaco market?
Now to the problem: The
supply of hot water does not work, came very suddenly and of course at an inopportune time (in the morning!).
Hot water seems to
rundirectly into
the bowl, when milk is drawn, it steams out of the drip tray - the timed noise of the pump also seems to me to be quieter/weaker.
(Pure coffee - reference works inconspicuously)
Had housing parts once dismantled, everywhere a little wiggled to it and the naked machine times to the current hung - milk / hot water functioned again
. Joyfully reassembled everything and ... nothing worked more. Actually clear that the KVA does not repair itself by the dismantling of the housing parts.
And since it unfortunately does not do exactly that, I would need some tips on where to start troubleshooting this coffee-giving marvel
, or what other information/tests/values you still need from me!
Many thanks in advance...
Greeting from Ingolf
