our fully automatic coffee machine - Rex Royal S 500 stays cold and no service technician can/will help us. Since this machine is a bit outdated, the service technician could not cope with the menu navigation.
After I had opened the machine, the coffee water suddenly became warm again in a miraculous way. Motivated by this, I continued to examine the device.
The heating coils from the tea warmer don't get electricity. The current "flows" into a white housing in which the thermostat is housed. But the power doesn't come out again on the other side.
Coincidentally someone has a description for the device so I can read something?
