Krups EA8250 Repair-Shuts Down on coffee start

Krups EA-8250 abruptly powers off when starting a coffee brew, Hot Water, or Steam.
It did this about 4 times in 3 months. The Machine starts normally and the screen indicates it is ready to brew. When I select my type of coffee, the machine abruptly powers off. When restarted the same occurs. this also happens if I press steam or hot water.
Facts:
1. What appears to work: Pump, Grinder, all wires connected, all tubes connected correct filter replaced regularly.
2 Work in the last year: Seals replaced, New Pump, New Grinder, New Piston.
3 My Cleaning schedule is: Daily tray, puck bin, and tray cleaned. Monthly:1st day of month clean machine using Krups cleaning tabs. 15th day of the month 30% vinegar 70% water used in cleaning cycle. (very soft water in my area. I do not use a water softener)

What I have checked: Thermal Fuse working, Outlet has power (20amp), correct voltage and 60hz (USA). Thermal Block element is not grounding out. Checked with Ohm meter each Power contact to ground. Heating element passes current. Heating element 11.5 ohms resistance.

Thoughts to date: the unit shuts down when a very high current draw is needed. This is a simple machine since it starts and fails on highest demand and the heating element is not grounding out, I expect that there is a problem on the circuit board. likely a capacitor. Visually checked the capacitors, none were swollen or visibly leaking.

I am not a professional. I am capable repairing electronics and my experience leads me to believe this is a circuit board issue. I do not want to buy parts that I do not need.

Any thought at what else I should check? I am stuck.

Crickets. . . Guess I am on my own. If I can figure it out I will try to post solution. Thought there woud be help here.
