Melitta Solo cleaning mode problem

Hi,

As I mentioned in the topic I have a problem with the cleaning mode and descaling.

After pressing and holding the corresponding keys, the brewing unit LED should light up and the drip tray LED should blink. This is the first stage of all cleaning.
In my case, they do not light up, only the no water LED (it is up to the line max water filled, I also tried with half), after pressing any button the machine starts to steam all over and after a while the airing LED lights up....

I tried resetting the settings - it did not help.

So the question is, am I able to do something about it myself, or does the service remain?

I'll just add that the same situation occurs when trying to decalcify - after holding down the buttons there is steam everywhere and the airing icon.
