Hello, everybody. My name is Rainer and comes from the left Lower Rhine. Maybe I'll get a little insight from you. Status
:Over 10 years a Jura J5 had tasted to full satisfaction. Good bean found and maintained for years. Now I wanted to have something new
but unfortunately there was too much repair work to be done.

We now have its about 3

weeks a Z6. It's another league already... but.... Problem
: Our beloved bean does not taste any more. Much too strong. Tried everything. Grinding degree, quantity, temperature, anything
that can be changed in any way. Nothing helps.

So other beans tested. Meanwhile

the 10th price determines up to €26,00/kg.

From supermarkets

to private roasters. Everything tastes far too bitter.
This can
't be happening. Where's the mistake?
Anybody got
another hint?
Thank you in advance and a nice greeting from
Niederrhein Rainer

If coffee too please, there are actually 3 adjusting screws:

- Set the grinding degree coarser -

less coffee beans - more water You
have to slowly
touch the water. It's
normal that the same coffee beans in different machines taste different, but such coarse carvers shouldn't come out
.

I'd rather look for the problem in the machine.

Hello,

maybe a function of this app might be interesting for you:

It is possible to check your espresso with the camera and can give you hints about the grind and water temperature biggrin.gif

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum because unfortunately I also have problems with the Z6.

We had 11 years a Jura ENA 5.
everything super.

Now times what new tried and treated us to a beautiful Z6 in aluminum look.
We have also already some coffees through and also already everything through: Grinding degree from very fine to very coarse, temperature, strength, different coffees and always the same result: all bitter.

Have you found a solution or does anyone know the problem? How can you get this expensive machine to finally brew coffee or any other coffee speciality that is not bitter?

I know: a KVA is not meant for coffee.... I know that too. But when everything else is bitter too? Even a latte tastes bitter.

I would appreciate an answer

.
