Nivona 730 Brewing group revised defective

Hello.
Yesterday my brewing group was revised and reinstated. Since then, no more water runs out of the coffee spout, neither during rinsing nor when brewing.
The brewing group makes a short hissing stroke, then the water runs into the collection container.
The small hose also jumps off the spout every time.
Does anyone have an idea?
