Hello, first with reasonable descaler on amidosulfonic acid buy. If already done, then pump, vibration damper sit on the pump and replace the flowmeter.

Replace flowmeter.

Swolle you can do so, but more sensible is to replace all components that were listed by me.

I've done umpteen times so, am not for unnecessary to replace parts that do not have it necessary. Apart from that, the thing is open in not even 5 minutes.

I first tried all the tips from the Siemens site. Unfortunately without result.

I then took it apart. There is a good video on YouTube of this as mentioned earlier. That helpen me great!

I then took off the top first, then the back plate and all the sides. On the side where the water reservoir is located, the hose that was connected to the pump came directly with it. This one had apparently been shaken loose. After I fixed it it worked again.
