SAECO TALEA TOUCH outlet Does not work

Hi folks, my Talea Touch is all about letting water out through the steam pipe as normal. When I turn the knob to the right, no coffee comes out (you can hear the pressure building up, but the machine breaks down).
But when I turn the control knob to the left, coffee comes out but only a quarter to half cup full. I'm at my wit's end by now. The pump

You could also try decalcifying through the brew group. Not that there's anything closed. Put the descaler in the tank and get a few cups of instant coffee. Preferably based on amidosulfonic acid.
