Hello, I am new here. Wanted to ask if anyone has any advice for me. My esam worked fine until now. Now all of a sudden there is no more milk. I decalcified it and it worked fine. Unplugged it, pressed the two buttons to test it, all fine. When I press Cappuccino, the bars in the display only run back and forth, otherwise no reaction from the machine. Is there anything else to try? With kind regards

The thermostats on the steam loop tend to break. Then your error happens.
Remains only times to remove the rear panel and check whether there is a defect.
