NICR 788 brewing unit jams

Hello
With our NICR788 the brewing unit is stuck, ie I can not pull it out. Safety lever is turned.
Does anyone have a tip? Thanks

When it is sure that the brewing unit is retracted, pull with feeling until it is out.
On the shaft of the drive is a rubber. Possibly it is because of that. The renew or make times a little silicone grease on it.
