EQ 6 Mahlwerk up to

Hello all
,My EQ6 has exactly on 01.01.2021 refused service.
Pressed on coffee draw, grinder no noise but water
comes as if she had ground
.

Service menu read out:The
following meds:
Ceramic Valve timeout = 10Insufficient
Pump = 26Overtemperature
= 1839Then

in the service menu selected the grind test 5sec. and grind makes no muks





.

In our machine since today the same error pattern....

I also had the problem once. With me, the carbons on the motor of the grinder were ground down. Have replaced the and everything again I.O. You can also see inside around the grinder is full of coal dust.
