SAECO ROYAL "GRINDER BLOCKED" BUT 100% CLEAN

What could cause this?

Wonder if anyone could help us.

1)The grinder is clearly not blocked but 9 times out of 10 it won't operate and we get the message "Grinder Bloked".
1) What could cause the grinder not to operate - upstream switches beside door and /onoff switch.
2) I'd like to remove the motor assembly to check for carbon deposit. It is a 2nd generation ( held down with rubber bushings)

How can I free the motor assembly from the bushings?
