Hello
I have a HD8761. Unfortunately there is no coffee or water coming out of the coffee outlet in the front. When rinsing or making coffee
the following happens:

machine pumps water. It hisses audibly.
Water vapour rises from the side and top of the machine / spreads out in
the brewing group.

Water also lands at the bottom of the drip tray

could

be due to
