Coffee powder does not fall into the brewing group

Coffee powder gets stuck in front of brewing group

Hello everyone I
have bought a Melitta CI Touch. Madchine always broke you off with the first covers. I got the error message "Fill beans". After about 5 Espressi a lot of coffee powder has collected in front of the brewing group. Now powder falls out of this pile into the brewing group, but I don't think that so much coffee should collect here.
