Hello,

I have a problem with my Saeco Odea Go and though the coffee grounds are very soaked and the residual water tank is also full.
I once ran you with the door open, there I saw that at the coffee outlet (up at the brewing group) the coffee flows into the machine.

would be great if someone could help me here.

In our case, the seal on the piston of the brewing group was torn...

We have the same problem with our machine right now. Before we tried to repair them ourselves, we immediately gave them to a specialist workshop. With the result that we expected. Our coffee machine is already older than 5 years and there it would be normal that this happens one told us. The brewing unit is defective, rubber rollers are to be replaced and all seals and wear parts are to be replaced. Cost point since the machine is older than 5 years is € 170,--. Don't know now if that's much considering what these devices cost as new?33;
offe I could help you?33;

the coffee spout is located at the top of the brewing group, a connecting piece is built into the machine, the things like to break off. If you take out the BG, you can see that the broken part is still at the top of the BG and you can see the broken pin at the top of the housing.
