Eq300 leaking

My Siemens eq300 ti353504de/03 refuses to work.

The system has the following error after testingThe
still cold water is pumped via the 0470 distributor and runs from there directly into the drip tray. Almost no more water enters the brewing chamber.

The part 0470 is available but it is called a connector. Can it really be because of that or is there something clogged behind the part for example and that is a pressure relief valve?
