Siemens fully automatic coffee machine TQ 503 DO 1 Intergral

After purchasing the coffee machine on January 2, 2020, the machine worked flawlessly and I always performed cleaning and maintenance as specified. Then, at the end of May 2022, I suddenly could no longer remove the brewing unit. I then took the machine to customer service. They sent the machine in. That was on 31.05.2022. Until today I have heard or seen nothing more of the matter except the confirmation of the repair order via QR code! The described error probably occurs with many of these machines. Do they all stand around for up to four weeks in the inbox of some workshop and wait to be thrown away? Or is there only one employee who is completely overwhelmed with looking through or repairing such a thing? Conclusion: That such an expensive device gives up the ghost after 2.5 years is already really strange and annoying, but that one then also plays with me waiting for Godot I find completely beside the point!
