Siemens EQ 6 300

I have an EQ 6 Series 300 unit number: TE603501DE/09 and I get the following error message: Voltage too high or too low. I have already unplugged the device and then it went again but the error keeps coming back. What can I do. I wanted to go into the internal factory settings to make a rest. With my 2nd EQ 6 700 this was possible, but not with this machine. What can I do now? mfg Christiann Grünwald
