Nivona CAFE Romatica 691 - little milk

Hello everyone,

I have an older Nivona Cafe Romatica 691 which works fine when making coffee.
However, when I want to make hot milk with the machine, although 200ml is shown in the display, only 80-100ml "produced" is produced. This is especially noticeable with coffee latte or cappucciono, as there is also far too little milk arriving.

I recently cleaned the nozzle (I put it in water) Is there anything else you can look up?
