ECAM 610.75 / Primadonna Soul, clogged?

Servus together,
so far I never need to write with my machines, it was enough to research a tip somewhere ... My Primadonna but behaves like a 
Freshly decalcified (Sunday) came today a coffee very slow, and the second not at all, I'm stuck in the decalcification program, previously I tried the decalcification via the rinse process, which did not work because no water came and the water circuit emptied.
Do I get the program interrupted?
Should I run the program again and again, or does that rather kill the pump?

Hello, revise the upper brew head. Check waterways for calcification.
