Hello everyone,

would need some help. I have a koro necta it and the message "set boiler"
had already repaired this once (milk powder chamber clogged at the mixer) and irgandwann made the boiler "plopp" and then it worked again.

this time everything is clean nothing clogged, nevertheless the message boiler setting comes.

also in the menus, reset errors, test output works everything but water.
looks like the machine is not drawing water.

how do you get something like this back?

thank you for your help!

Hello,

has your NECTA Koro a fixed water connection??
If yes, then look behind the right side cover if
water runs into the reservoir - your machine does not draw any water, because
this is simply "pushed in"by the pressure"!
For me was e.g. I didn't have it yet, but since I have this problem too, I might be interested in how you get this under control.

>will check tomorrow if there's something about it in my manual.

Good night
