1 year ago I received a Krups Esp. fully automatic coffee machine from the
company Krups as a gesture of goodwill, as the predecessor was constantly defective and broke within the warranty period. Unfortunately I have again no luck with the new automat. After half a year the same problem error code 06, water leaked out of the machine. Then I didn't bring the machine to Krups (there I was explained that by the goodwill of a new machine, I would have no guarantee and warranty anymore), but to a new shop in the Ruhr area which specialized in the repair of coffee machines. There the coffee machine was then 3 weeks in repair and I was presented an invoice at a value of 175, - euro, with the reference this machine is just very small and difficult to repair therefore this price!
Now, 8 weeks later, I have the same problem as before, water runs out and on the display the error code 06 (as before the repair). In the meantime I was on vacation for 2 weeks and the device was not in operation.
When I asked the shop where I had the device fixed I was told that he does not want to repair it anymore, it is very vulnerable and I would not get my money back.
He could not give a guarantee for the repair. Now I ask you (owners of coffee machines) I have to accept that. 175,- Euro paid for about 6 weeks of coffee pleasure and then again the machine is broken!! Same mistake!! I was told that this machine is so fragile, who knows what you started during the repair that it didn't work this time! Great service. I'd like to mention the name here, but I'm not doing it to avoid endangering my existence here!!
I'm a single parent and don't have any money to pay for the repair again. I can now only dispose of the device or does anyone know advice??
