DeLonghi Prima Donna Elite not clearing puck

As per tital at some point our machine stopped knocking the pucks off the top. I've taken the door off so I could watch it and I can see it seems to work as per normal and I also took the filter section part but that all appears fine and I can see the puck sitting there ready to be knocked off and the mechanism that does it is spring loaded okay.

Today I as cleaning it out and I found this loose part that fell out. It must sometime trigger the puck to be cleared on the way down or while stopped but it has been snapped off.

I was hoping somebody could identify it for me so I could try and order a replacement or see if anyone prints them. Pictures below, sorry they aren't slow clear.

I think you have a bigger problem there.
Repair is not easy.
