Hot water problem

Machine does not produce hot water

Hello coffee connoisseur,

my Quickmill 5000 sucks in water, the thermoblock heats up and some ml of hot water comes out of the nozzle, but neither coffee nor steam nor hot water can be prepared with it, because immediately after 2 seconds a relay switches and the machine indicates "lack of water". Of course there is enough water in the tank and the filters are also continuous . . .

What can I do?

And one more thing: If I try to generate steam, the machine switches off immediately, or does not make a muckser.
