Coffee dispensing and rinsing only works drip by drip

When the machine is supposed to rinse or make coffee. It makes a tortured noise and takes longer than usual, see video.
Drain valve and outlet valve have been replaced. I have also tried a different brew group. And cleaned the hose from the coffee inlet.wacko.gif
It draws hot water normally, so I exclude the pump.
I hope someone can help me. I'm getting desperate.
